About the Print Cover
Eva Sacher is a professional dog photographer in San Francisco. When she arrived from Germany four years ago, she felt right at home when she realized what a dog-friendly San Francisco was.
In 2017, she started a photo project, Dogs on a Box, posing dogs on a vintage box at some of her favorite San Francisco places. “It’s really fun and an ongoing photo project of mine. I already photographed at Alamo Square, Crissy Field, Fort Funston, Alta Plaza, Ocean Beach, Corona Heights, Stern Grove, and Lands End. But there are still so many more good places to go,” she said in describing the project.
