B.Y.O.D. (Bring Your Own Dog) Comedy Show. Wed., Dec. 12, 8-9:30 p.m., El Rio, 3158 Mission St., San Francisco. It’s the only comedy show in SF where you can bring your dog. And if you don’t have one, you can oogle other dogs. It’s on tap at El Rio and is a dog-friendly show featuring the Bay Area’s best comics, a night of laughs, treats, and good boys. East Bay SPCA Winter Animal Camp 2018. Dec. 26-28, Wed.-Fri., and 9 a.m.-3 p.m., and Jan. 2-4, Wed.-Fri., 9 a.m.-3 p.m., 8323 Baldwin St., Oakland, and 4651 Gleason Drive, Dublin. Kids learn to appreciate and respect animals while having fun. Camp includes animal interactions, hands-on activities, pet-themed games, take-home crafts. Each session offered in Oakland and Dublin. Guide Dogs for the Blind’s Graduation Ceremonies. Sat., Dec. 8 and 22, 1:30 p.m. Guide Dogs for the Blind California Campus, 350 Los Ranchitos Road, San Rafael. Honor the independence and companionship that GDB’s exceptional guide dogs provide for the people they will serve. These services also allow GDB clients to meet the committed puppy raisers who cared for their canine heroes until they were old enough to begin formal training at GDB’s campus.
